Viewing Placement Reports

You have placement reports available to view your slot utility, the locations which have provided slots, and quickly access placement details for your students.

1. Select Placements from your left-hand menu or dashboard.
   
   
   
2. Select your desired course or placement group.
   1. You can also select a placement group to manage multiple courses at a time.
      
      
      
3. If you selected a placement group, click Placements for Group.
   
   
   
4. Select Reports from the ribbon at the top of the page.
   
   
   
5. You will see the following reports available. The reports you see listed will vary in name depending on your discipline:
   1. View for PT and PTA programs:
      

      Our system provides a variety of placement reports tailored to meet specific accreditation standards and operational needs. Below is an overview of the available reports:

      1. Number and Variety of Clinical Sites (Standard 2C)

      This report evaluates the settings associated with slots provided during the selected rotations. It highlights the number of slots filled versus those offered, helping programs assess the diversity and utilization of clinical sites.

      2. Number and Variety of Clinical Slots (Standard 8F)

      This report provides the total number of slots offered by individual locations across selected rotations, offering insights into slot availability and location-specific slot distribution.

      3. Comprehensive Placement Report

      This report contains detailed information about all placements and is updated every 24 hours. It provides an accurate snapshot of placement details for reporting and analysis.

      4. Non-Consecutive Placement Calendar View (By Location)

      This calendar view report focuses on students attending non-consecutive placements at a specific location, presenting their schedules in an easy-to-read format.

      5. Comprehensive Placement Report [Live]

      This live report offers real-time, comprehensive information on all placements within the selected placement group or course offering. Additional customization options are coming soon to enhance flexibility.

      6. Placement Report by Site/Location

      This report displays all placement details for a given site/location and rotation combination, offering insights into site-specific placements.

      7. Placement by Clinical Instructor

      This report provides placement details for a specific clinical instructor and rotation combination, allowing for instructor-focused analysis and tracking.

      Our system offers a variety of placement reports to help you track, analyze, and manage student placements effectively. Below is a detailed description of the available reports:

      1. Distribution of Slots Across Settings

      This report pulls from the settings associated with slots provided during the selected rotations. It represents the number of slots filled versus those offered, allowing you to evaluate slot utilization across different settings.

      2. Distribution of Slots Across Locations

      This report provides the total number of slots offered by individual locations across selected rotations, enabling an overview of slot distribution and location-specific availability.

      3. Comprehensive Placement Report

      This report includes detailed information about all placements and is updated every 24 hours to ensure accuracy and relevance.

      4. Non-Consecutive Placement Calendar View (By Location)

      This calendar view report highlights students attending non-consecutive placements at a specific location, offering a quick visual representation of their schedules.

      5. Comprehensive Placement Report [Live]

      This live report delivers up-to-date, comprehensive information on all placements within the selected placement group or course offering. Additional customization options are coming soon.

      6. Placement Report by Site/Location

      This report displays all placement details for a specific site/location and rotation combination, helping you analyze placements at the site level.

      7. Placement by Educator

      This report focuses on placements associated with a given educator and rotation combination, providing insights into educator-specific placements

      
      
      
      
6. The Distribution of Slots Across Settings / Number and Variety of Clinical Sites (Standard 2C) report will allow you to view how many slots were offered vs. filled for specific rotations. Select the rotations you’d like to include and click Download Report.
   
   1. Please note, the rotations available for you to select will depend on the course offering / placement group you selected.
   2. This report is updated on a weekly basis.

8. The Distribution of Slots Across Locations / Number and Variety of Clinical Slots (Standard 8F) report will show you how many slots were offered for each rotation by each location.
   1. Please note, the rotations available for you to select will depend on the course offering / placement group you selected.
   2. This report is updated on a weekly basis.
