Why does this happen?
On occasion, some clinical sites will have security firewalls set up on their email systems that prevent them from receiving emails from Exxat. If this happens, they may need to add Exxat's IP Addresses to their whitelist to allow our emails to get through.
What to do?
Send out the email template curated between the dotted line below to your clinical sites to help them with this process.
Make sure to send the email from your personal or school email and not through the Exxat Prism.
