Are you aware that the program administrators can now make notes in a central place within the system? Utilize the Onboarding Notes section on the top panel to document onboarding details, important timelines, test logins, and more. Program administrators as well as Exxat associates can view/edit this section, comment on existing notes, and upload documents. The notes section appears on all pages and acts as a handy reference for planning and collaboration.
