This help article explains the following sections in the Resource Center.

You can access the Resource Center from the Dashboard in the top menu.
Product Education
Product Education section contains information about product in various forms such as help articles, videos, case studies, planned communications, and more.
Product Education section contains four sections Help Guides, Videos, FAQ, and Additional Resources You can learn the Exxat Prism product at your own pace.
Help Guides
Clicking on the Help Guides navigates you to the help articles in the Exxat Prism learning hub. You will see the learning hub pages as per the role and access level you have in Exxat Prism.
For example: When a program administrator clicks on the Help Guides, the resource center navigates the administrator to the Help for Program Administrators section in the Exxat Prism Learning Hub. Help Guides.
Videos
Exxat Prism has lot of product how-to videos stored on Vimeo platform. Clicking on the Videos navigates you to the Vimeo platform page as per the role and access level you have in Exxat Prism.
For example: when a program administrator clicks on the Videos, the resource center navigates the administrator to the Exxat Prism Tutorials: Program Administrators in the Vimeo platform.
FAQs
Exxat Prism Learning Hub has a bunch of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) recorded for each persona. These FAQs are curated after analysing the queries and support tickets raised by the users.
Clicking on FAQs navigates you to the FAQ page as per the role and access levels you have.
For example: when a program administrator clicks on the FAQs, the resource center navigates the administrator to the FAQs for Administrators section in Exxat Prism Learning Hub.
Additional Resources
Exxat Prism Learning Hub also hosts lot of information in the form of Case studies, Planned Communications (such as Tuesday tips), and more.
Clicking on the Additional Resources navigates you to the Exxat Prism Learning Hub.
Product Updates
Product Updates section houses information on the enhancements made to the product. The Product Updates section has three sub-sections Latest Enhancements, Feature Walkthroughs, and Past Release Webinars.
Latest Enhancements
Latest Enhancements is further categorised into Release Notes and Release Webinars.
- Release Notes: Clicking on the Release Notes navigates you to the Release Notes section in the Exxat Prism.
- Release Webinar: Clicking on the Release Webinar navigates you to the latest release Webinar Registration page.
Feature Walkthroughs
Feature Walkthroughs section houses the latest click through guides for the new features on the product.
Past Release Webinars
Links to the latest webinar recordings is available here. It also has link to all the past release webinar recordings.
Webinars, Workshops and Community
Webinars, Workshops, and Community section houses information on the webinars hosted and recorded by Exxat Prism, In-person workshop registration, and discussions on communities.

Webinars: Clicking on the Webinars will navigate you to the Webinars section in the Exxat Prism Learning Hub. All the upcoming webinars are listed in this section. You can register for the webinar of your interest.

Workshops: Clicking on the Workshops will navigate you to the In-Person Workshop section in the Exxat Prism Learning Hub. All the upcoming workshops are listed in this section. You can register for the workshop of your interest.
Community
Communities contains discussions specific to disciplines. Users can engage with peers on discipline trends and collaborate on innovative solutions. Clicking on Community navigates you to the Communities page in Exxat Prism Learning Hub specific to your (user's) discipline.
For example: PT admin will only see PT community and similarly, a PA admin will only see PA community.
Support Services
If you cannot find the information you are looking for or you need our attention, click on the Support Services to submit a support ticket or to book a meeting with your account manager.
