Generate Clinical Log Aggregate Report in Exxat Prism - Students

The clinical logs track types of student experiences during clinical placements, such as patient encounters, skills performed, diagnoses observed, and similar. 

The Clinical Log Aggregate Report is a comprehensive report that complies all data from the students logs during the Clinical placement. 

The Clinical Aggregate Report provides a comprehensive view of clinical education experience across students, cohorts, courses, or rotation. 

To generate the Clinical Log Aggregate Report, follow these Steps. 

1. Navigate to the Learning Activities section from the dashboard or the hamburger menu. 
   
2. Select Reports from the top menu. 
   
3. Click on the Clinical Log Aggregate Report in the report column.
   
4. Click Select Course Offerings to select all the courses for which you wish to generate the report. 
   
5. Select the course to generate the report. You can select all the courses at once or choose individual courses as required and click Apply. 
   
   
6. Apply additional Filters on Template, Rotation, Setting, Status, Site, Location, Clinical Educator and Date, to filter the data.
7. Click Generate Report
   
   
   Make sure to scroll to the bottom and to the right of the grid to view additional columns. You can also export/download the data into a excel file by clicking the export icon .
