Exxat Prism allows programs to map course objectives to CAA Standards, CFCC Standards, program outcomes, and any additional competencies. This ensures every course and learning experience is aligned with accreditation requirements.

The Mapped Standards Report highlights where standards are insufficiently covered, helping programs identify gaps before accreditation review.

Yes. Programs can map professional practice competencies, university learning outcomes, and other frameworks alongside KASA competencies. Please contact your CSS or Account Manager for assistance.

Yes. Programs can store, view, and monitor all affiliation agreements in the Sites module for easier contract oversight and accreditation documentation.

Programs can set up an attestation for clinical supervisors to complete while approving logs, ensuring accountability and compliance with CFCC V-E.

Navigation: Exxat Prism Dashboard → Learning Activities → Set-up → Clinical Log (Edit Pencil) → Attestation

Prism provides four primary reports:

i. Clinical Clock Hours Report (By Student) – Summary of clock hours based on participation in intervention and evaluation; exportable to PDF.

ii. Clinical Clock Hours Report (Cumulative) – Distribution of clock hours across multiple attributes; includes 400-hour requirement tracking.

iii. Clinical Log Report (Multiple Attributes by Age Group) – Distribution of hours across Mode of Delivery, Student Participation, and Training Level by age group.

iv. Clinical Log Report (Type of Services by Age Group) – Distribution across the 9 KASA competencies by age group.

Students can access the Clinical Clock Hours Report (By Student), which provides a summary of clock hours based on participation in intervention and evaluation, exportable to PDF.

Advisement can be documented using:

Yes. Programs can require attestations at both profile and course levels.

Yes. Question-based email notifications support real-time monitoring of student performance. Please contact the Exxat Prism support team to configure notifications at prism-support@exxat.com.

Yes. Beginning December 2025, surveys can be created on Prism. Examples include Graduating Student Survey, Clinical Supervisor Survey, and others.
