Change 

New Student Dashboard Becomes the Standard 

With this release, the new student dashboard becomes the default experience for all students, and the old student dashboard is deprecated.  
New student dashboard improves usability, streamlines access to key placement-related actions, and provides a modern, student-friendly interface designed to enhance overall experience. 
 

New Feature

Introducing new learning activity reports:

1. New Evaluation Raw Data Reports 
   Students can now view Raw Data Reports for both placement and non-placement forms. These reports display all submitted responses across selected courses and rotations, giving them a clear view of students performance and progress.
    
2. CPT Code Counts Report
   Students can, if applicable, track the CPT codes they have logged in the patient log during their rotations and see how their clinical experiences are stacking up.  
3. ICD-10 Counts Report
   Students can now, if applicable, get a clear view of the ICD-10 codes they have logged in the patient log and monitor their clinical exposure.

Students can Edit/Delete Time Off Requests in Pending Review Status

Students can now edit or delete Time Off entries once they’ve been sent for review and are in Pending Review status. This allows students to modify or recall entries before they are reviewed by Administrators or Faculty.

Introducing Student notification in Time Off

Students will now receive email notifications when the Time Off request are either “Approved” or “Not Approved” by the Administrators or Faculty

Improved First Login Experience for Students

To address common login issues, students who try to log in without activating their account will now see an option to re-send their invitation link instantly, eliminating the need to search old emails or contact support.

Enhancements

New calendar icon within the “My Placements” section of the student dashboard

A new calendar icon has been added to the My Placements section of the student dashboard. Students can now view placements scheduled on non-consecutive dates by clicking the icon next to the placement date.
 

New “View Learning Activity Reports” link under the “My Experiential Progress” section

Students can now quickly access their Learning Activity reports by clicking the View Learning Activity Reports link under the My Experiential Progress section of the student dashboard.
 

Updated Structure for Procedure & Diagnosis Reports

The structure of the Required Procedure, Optional Procedure, and Required Diagnosis reports has been updated. Students can now track your experiences more effectively and see how they stack up against set expectations.
