Upload & Share Additional Documents
Students can now upload supplementary documents into a new Additional Documents section within their profile and share them with admins or external recipients using the existing Share Profile feature.
Student App QR on Dashboard
A new Student App QR card is now available on the dashboard. Students can scan it to quickly access and download the Student mobile app.
View Program Requirements on Dashboard
Students can now see a Program Requirements card on their dashboard, showing quick insights into current statuses (e.g., Pending, Placed, Completed) with a direct link to the Program Requirements page.
Logged-in Devices & Login History
Students can now view the list of devices they are currently logged into Exxat PRISM with A Login History section showing devices used previously. This gives students better visibility and security control.
Patient Log Supervisor Review Link Automation
Supervisors automatically receive an email with a review link when a student submits their first log for a placement. Students can resend the review link anytime for flexibility.
Enhancement
Improved Coursework Grid
A new “May Need Attention” column is now visible without horizontal scrolling. The redundant “Action” column has been removed.
Students can now navigate directly to course details by clicking the course name, making access faster and simpler.
Profile Entries Sorted by Completion Date
Student profile sections—Education, Work Experience, Membership, Licensure, and Skills & Accomplishments—are now automatically ordered from most recent to oldest, helping students easily review their latest credentials.
