Please share what you are hearing about from your site partners about the easy or difficulty of responding back to your March 1 st mailing ? What is the percentage of responses you get in the first month after your mailing ? Do you send reminders to your site partner when they don't respond ? If so at what frequency ?  Over time has the response rate for the March 1st mailing gone up or gone down ? Do you typically get responses from larger PT companies who have multiple locations ?
