Exxat Community Guidelines
1. Purpose & Scope
This Community exists to:
- Enable member-users (educators, administrators, clinical coordinators, staff, and thought leaders of Exxat to share experiences, ask questions, and collaborate.
- Provide a safe, respectful space where users can engage in meaningful dialogue about discipline education, clinical placements, curriculum management, compliance, and Exxat’s platform.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing that helps the broader Exxat ecosystem, programs, support workforce preparation, and innovate in healthcare education.
Members of this Community agree to abide by these guidelines when posting, commenting, or otherwise participating.
2. Be Respectful & Inclusive
- Treat all community members with politeness, kindness and professional courtesy.
- Value diversity: respect differences in background, role, region, institution, level of experience, and perspective.
- Refrain from personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, derogatory remarks, or exclusionary language (including on the basis of gender, race, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, etc.).
- Disagree respectfully - challenge ideas, not people.
- Keep discussions professional and on-topic to the degree possible.
3. Quality & Relevance
- Share clear, helpful, specific questions or insights relevant to nursing education, clinical placements, compliance, Exxat-platform usage or related operational and pedagogical topics.
- Before posting, search the Community to see if a similar topic exists- duplicate questions dilute value.
- Provide meaningful context (e.g., institution type, user role, what you’ve tried so far) to help others respond effectively.
- Avoid overly promotional, off-topic, or gratuitous content.
4. What to Avoid
Please do not post:

7. How to Ask a Question (and How to Answer)
When asking a question:
- Use a clear, descriptive title.
- Include context (your role, platform version, institution type, what you’ve tried so far).
- Be specific about what you’re trying to achieve or where you’re stuck.
- Review existing threads to avoid duplication.
When answering: - Provide thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
- If you reference external resources (documentation, tutorials), give a brief summary and link.
- Credit others if you build on their prior posts.
- If unsure, indicate so (e.g., “I’m not certain, but in our institution we…”) — accuracy is valued more than speed.
8. Privacy & Intellectual Property
- Respect privacy: do not share personal data of yourself or others that could identify individuals (unless they have given consent and it’s appropriate to the discussion).
- Respect intellectual property: if you post third-party content (images, excerpts, code), ensure you have the right or provide attribution.
- Be aware that participation in the Community is public; assume your posts can be seen broadly and retained.
9. Reporting Issues & Appeals
- If you see a post, comment or user that you believe violates these guidelines, please report it to the moderator team (through the “Report” function or via prism-support@exxat.com ).
- Moderators will review reports, take appropriate action, and may contact the user for clarification.
- If you believe your content was removed or edited unfairly, you may appeal by contacting [specified email/administrator] with a rationale.
10. Updates to the Guidelines

- We aim for a friendly, collaborative, and professional environment.
- Encourage active participation, sharing of best practices and peer-learning.
