Course offerings allow you to schedule courses for specific cohorts, terms, and academic years and make them available for related placement and coursework activities.
You will learn how to access the Course Offerings page, add and edit course offerings, clone an existing course offering, delete an offering, and create multiple offerings using bulk import.
Course Offerings in Exxat Prism allow administrators to schedule courses for specific cohorts, terms, and academic years. Once a course offering is created, it becomes available for placement management, coursework, forms, and evaluations associated with that course.
You can create course offerings in three ways:
Add a new course offering when you want to create an individual offering.
Clone an existing course offering when you want to reuse information and setup from an existing offering.
Bulk import course offerings when you need to create multiple offerings using an import file.
From the Course Offerings page, you can also edit or delete existing offerings and select a Course Name to view its details.
