Explore Clinical Locations
Click on the Explore Clinical Locations section from your dashboard.
2. All the locations will be displayed on the map. To view them, simply zoom out using the – icon.
3. You can apply filters based on State, City, Zip Code, or Site Name to perform a quick search.
4. You can also filter by Location Area (e.g., In-area, Out Area, Out of State) when searching for locations.
5. You can also filter locations based on specific settings, such as Family Medicine or Geriatrics, if desired.
6. You can determine how many locations fall within a certain distance from a school address or from students current address by drawing a radius of that many miles around it.
7. You can zoom in or out by clicking the +/- buttons on the right side.
8. If you are looking for a specific location, use the search bar. As you type, the list will filter accordingly, and the map will only display pins for Locations on the list.
9. You can reset all the applied filters by clicking the "Reset All" button.
10. You can also filter by specific information such as settings, state, categories, and more. Make your selections and click Apply.
11. Once you find a Location you’d like to learn more about, click on the Location Name.
12. A drawer will open, showing you detailed information about the site. Click on the dropdown arrow of each section to view details.
a. If your program has evaluations set to be shared with you, click on the Form name to view any student completed forms.
13. An additional drawer will open showing you the form.
Review Location Evaluation by other students
Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials.
From the dashboard go to Course work by clicking View All Coursework
In the top-menu of the Coursework page, select Require Placement.
Click the course name to see the course details.
Navigate to the Placement Details tab
In the right panel of the page , go to Past Location Evaluations and click View
All the site / location evaluations by past students is listed here. Click on the form name to see the evaluation details.End--
