Comprehensive Report for Custom Values provides schools with a detailed view of student performance in custom fields like procedures, diagnostics, medications, and more, during placements across the selected courses.

Comprehensive Report for Custom Values enables easy tracking of students’ progress against graduation requirements across programs, courses, and rotations.  

Comprehensive Report for Custom Values includes data for custom benchmarking. The report has color code indicators for better performance tracking.

Use case

• A student during the clinical placement logs the daily findings and tasks performed in the patient log.
• The students specify details such as diagnosis, procedures, medications or any other school-defined tasks (custom values) related to patientcare in the patient log.
• The students specify the level of participation during the task. 
  For example: Did the student observe what needs to be done, or did the student assist in the task, or did the student perform the task.
• The schools define the minimum and preferred rotation requirements to record in the patient log.
• The schools have minimum graduation requirements to track student performances in areas such as procedure, diagnosis, and similar during the clinical placement of the student.

Comprehensive Report for Custom Values provides a holistic view of a student’s performance across Program/Course Offerings, Rotations, and Placements, helping schools assess progress effectively.

Generate Comprehensive Report for Custom Values

1. Login to the Exxat Prism using your university login credentials.
2. Go to Learning Activities in the Placement Management section.
   
3. You can access the Comprehensive Report for Custom Values in the following ways.
   1. Select Reports for an individual course.  The available reports list will automatically filter by the selected course.
      
   2. Select a Learning Activity Group, In the Reports tab the available report list is populated (Recommended).
      
   3. Click on the Reports in the Left panel. The available reports list is populated.
      
4. Click Comprehensive Report for custom values in the REPORT column.
   
   Note: The above screen captures the way to access Comprehensive Report for custom values via Learning activity group. See step 3-2 for more information.
   This step is applicable for all the 3 ways available to access the Comprehensive Report for custom values.  See step 3 for more information.
5. When you access the comprehensive report for custom values via the Learning Activity Group the Filters Rotation, Settings. Status, Student, Site, and Location are picked automatically for the selected Learning Activity Group.
   You can also change the Filter options, if required.
   
6. Select the Date range to download the report. You can also skip the step to download report for all the data available.
   
7. Click Download Report button, to download the report.
   Report downloads in an excel file (.xlxs).
   This report provides comprehensive counts of custom values under diagnoses, procedures, medications or any other school defined tasks captured during patient logging.
