Accessing the Report

Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials.
From the Exxat Prism dashboard or the hamburger menu, navigate to Reports section.
Use the search bar, or scroll down to see Graphical Patient Log Summary report.
Click on the report name to Open the Report settings.

The report opens in the enhanced reporting interface.
Use filters to refine the report based on your needs.

Use Group By button to group report data by:
- Rotation
- Clinical Setting
This impacts how charts and breakdowns are displayed.
In the top-right below the filters, Click Generate Report
