My Competency Tracker

Competency Tracker allows students to monitor their progress on competencies. Tracking is available only for competencies enabled by the administrator for the program.

To learn how to use the Competency Tracker, follow these steps.

1. Login to the Exxat Prism, using your university credentials.
2. Go to My Competency Tracker.
   

   Note: My Competency Tracker is available only if the school administrator has configured and published the competencies to be tracked.

    
   
   
3. Click on the competency drop-down list and select the competency you want to review and track.
   
4. You will see the following reports.
   • Score Overview Per Competency
     
   • Score Overview Per Course
     
     
   • Student v/s Class average
     
   • Score Summary Per Competency
     
     The red line denotes the threshold value for competencies as setup by the school admin. 
5. In the top right, click Comprehensive report button  to download the report in an excel format.
   When the competency score is below the Competency Threshold score, the report highlights the evaluations in red colour
