These tools ensure every user has greater visibility, control, and confidence while using Exxat PRISM.
Accessing User Settings
You can access User Settings from any screen in Exxat PRISM.
Steps
Login to Exxat Prism
Click your profile name at the top-right corner.
You will see the following sections:
Theme
Mode
Change Password
Consent Detail
Logged-in Devices
Login History
Trust Portal
Logout
Profile Information
At the top of the User Settings panel, you can view your:
Name
Email Address

This information helps verify the active user and account identity.
Exxat Certification
Theme
Customize the color theme of your Exxat PRISM interface.
Available Themes
Blue – Default theme
Purple – Soft, accessible color variant
High Contrast – Accessibility-friendly option designed for improved visibility
How to Change Theme
Go to User Settings.
Under Theme, select your preferred color option.
The change is applied instantly.
Mode (Light / Dark Mode)
Switch between modes to suit your viewing comfort.
Options
Light Mode – Bright interface, ideal for daytime use
Dark Mode – Low-light friendly, reduces eye strain
To Switch Modes
Open User Settings.
Under Mode, click Light or Dark.
Change Password
Secure your account by updating your password regularly.
Steps
SSO Users

In User Settings, click Change Password.
This action will sign you out of all devices you’re currently signed in on.
Enter your current password.
Create a new password that meets security requirements.
Re-enter the new password
Click Save.
Non-SSO Users

In User Settings, click Change Password.
This action will sign you out of all devices you’re currently signed in on. You will receive a time-limited reset password link on your registered email.
Confirm if you wish to continue.
Click the Reset Password link in the email.
Create a new password that meets security requirements.
Re-enter the new password
Click Submit
Password Guidelines
- Password must be minimum 8 characters.
- Password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter [A-Z].
- Password must contain at least 1 lowercase letter [a-z].
- Password must contain at least 1 base 10 digit [0-9].
- Password must contain at least 1 non-alphanumeric character.
Consent Detail
Review or manage the consent you have provided for Exxat’s data usage policies.
View your existing consent
Review policy details
Update consent if required
This helps ensure transparency in how your information is used.
Logged-in Devices
Stay secure by monitoring all devices currently logged into your account.
What You’ll See
Device type (Desktop, Mobile, Unknown)
Browser name (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
Last active timestamp
Option to Log out from any device
How to Access
Go to User Settings.
Click Logged-in Devices.
Available Actions
Log out of individual devices
Log out of all other devices for maximum security
Login History
Track your recent login activity in one place.
Information Displayed
Device used
Date and time of login (IST or local timezone)
Unknown or unusual devices flagged for awareness
How to View
Open User Settings.
Click Login History.
Trust Portal
The Exxat Trust Portal gives Administrators direct access to security, privacy, and compliance documents—without needing support requests.
