How to Access?
To access program 360 for the program follow these steps.
Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials.
From the Exxat Prism Dashboard or hamburger menu go to Program Details.
Click Program 360
What’s Included?
Core Entities Overview
A snapshot of your institution’s foundational data, including students, faculty, courses, curricula, and accreditation structures.
Active Students: Total number of students currently enrolled and active in the program.
Faculty/Staff: Count of faculty and staff members associated with teaching, supervision, or program administration.
Academics Overview
Count of faculty and staff members associated with teaching, supervision, or program administratio
Course offerings distribution: Breakdown of courses offered across terms, levels, or departments.
Total courses: The total number of courses configured within the system.
Curricula: A view of all curricula pathways, including tracks, sequences, and program structures.
Accreditation standards: Standards mapped to your curriculum to support compliance and reporting.
Requiring vs. Not requiring placement: Comparison of courses or experiences that mandate placements versus those that do not.
Sites & Contracts Overview
An overview of clinical or fieldwork sites and the agreements that support student placements.
Sites: Total number of partner organizations available for placements.
Locations: Individual site locations where students can be placed.
Contracts: Active agreements between your institution and partner sites.
Site assessments: Evaluations collected from students or faculty about a site’s performance.
Location assessments: Feedback specific to a particular site location.
Personnel: Contacts and supervisors associated with partner sites.
Slots Overview
A summary of available, active, and historical placement slots across all sites.
Total Slots: The total number of slots created for all upcoming and ongoing cycles.
Past Slots: Slots that were used or expired in previous terms.
Ongoing Slots: Slots currently active and supporting placements.
Future Slots: Slots created for upcoming terms or cycles.
Placements Overview
A complete view of student placement activity across past, current, and upcoming terms.
Total Placements: All placements completed, ongoing, or scheduled.
Past Placements: Placements completed in previous cycles.
Ongoing Placements: Placements currently in progress.
Future Placements: Placements scheduled for upcoming terms.
Wishlists: Student-submitted preferences for preferred sites, locations, or experiences.
My Request: Placement requests added by students or faculty for review or approval.
Placement Assist: System-supported suggestions or auto-matching options that help finalize placements.
Learning Activities Overview
A summary of academic and clinical learning records submitted by students or faculty.
Forms / Evaluations Records: Completed evaluations and assessment forms tied to courses or placements.
Patient Log Records: Entries documenting patient encounters during clinical experiences.
Timesheet Records: Time-tracking entries submitted by students for clinical or academic hours.
Time Off Records: Records of approved or pending student time-off requests.
This helps Program Administrators quickly evaluate the academic and operational health of their program.
