As you continue to enter Learning Activities, the system automatically tracks your data. You can view and download this information at any time using the Learning Activities Reports.

How to Access Learning Activities Reports

You can access the reports in two ways:

Option 1: From the Dashboard

1. Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials.

2. From your Student Dashboard.

3. Click View Learning Activities Report.

Option 2: From the Menu

1. Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials.

2. From your Student Dashboard or the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner,  Navigate to Learning Activities.

   

    

3. Click Reports tab in the top menu. 
   

   

Understanding the Reports Section

Under Reports, you can review records tracked for different learning activities, including:

• Forms / Evaluations

• Patient Logs

• Timesheets

• Time Off

Each activity includes multiple report types that you can view or download based on your needs. Review the report descriptions to understand which report best fits your requirement.

How to View and Download a Report

1. Click the name of the report you want to view.
   

2. Apply the required filters.

3. Click Generate Report to generate the report. 
   

   

4. Click Export  to download the report.
