Completing Exxat One Availability Based Wishlist

ExxatOne Availability Based Wishlist allows you to rank available clinical opportunities before placement requests are sent to sites, giving your program better insight into your preferences early in the process. This approach helps align placements with your goals, improves overall placement satisfaction, and supports more informed decision-making. 

All open ExxatOne Availability-based Wishlists appear in the Needs Attention section of the Exxat Prism Student Dashboard. These wishlists are labeled ExxatOne for easy identification.

To complete and submit the preferences for  the ExxatOne Availability Based Wishlist follow these steps. 

1. Click Submit Preference on the Open ExxatOne Availability Wishlist.
   
    If you are accessing the ExxatOne application for the first time, you will be prompted to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to create your ExxatOne account. Accept the terms to continue.
   You will then be redirected to the ExxatOne MyWishlist page.
   
    
2. On the My Wishlist page in ExxatOne, click Submit Preferences for the wishlist you want to submit.
   

3. In the Add Preference step, complete the following:

   1. View the selected locations in either Map view or List view, and choose the view you prefer.
      
      
      

   2. Toggle Show Selected Preference to view only the locations you’ve selected. Keep the toggle OFF to see all available locations.
      

   3. Add location preference. 
      Use the Search box or the filters below the view options to quickly find your preferred location.
      

      •  In map view, on the location card, click Add Preference button for the location you want to select.
        

      • In location view, on the location card, click (+)Add button for the location you want to select.
        
        Note: You can select only the number of locations allowed by your school for this wishlist.

   4. Click Next to proceed to Rank Preference.
      

4. Rank Preferences

   • Use the arrows on the left of each location card to move locations up or down and set your ranking.

   • Alternatively, you can drag and drop the location cards to arrange them in your preferred order.

5. Click Review and Submit to review and submit your preference. 
   
   Use the Back button to return to the previous step.

6. Review your location preference, and their ranking. If your not happy click the Back button to return to previous step and make necessary adjustments. 

7. Acknowledge the attestation, checking the attestation box. 
   

8. Click Submit Wishlist.
   
   Your ExxatOne Availability-based Wishlist is submitted successfully.

The wishlist status changes to Submitted.

Click View Submission to review the details of your submitted wishlist.

Once you are assigned or scheduled to a rotation or placement, it will appear on the My Schedules page in ExxatOne.

You can also click the Exxat One title on the Exxat Prism Student Dashboard to navigate directly to the ExxatOne Schedules page.
