Exxat Prism for Program Success: Sites, Personnel, and Contracts (Part 4/10)

This session of the Exxat Prism for Program Success learning series focused on best practices for setting up and managing sites, locations, contracts, and personnel in Exxat Prism. The presenters walked through how to differentiate sites (the parent organization tied to the affiliation agreement) from locations, and demonstrated how to configure site announcements, the Site Resource Page, program-wide and course-specific resources for clinicians, and clinical education contacts. 

The webinar also covered Contract Management — including contract organization categories, sharing models (no-sharing vs. standard sharing), linked contracts across multiple sites, contract auto-notifications for upcoming expirations, and the contract generation tool that auto-fills affiliation agreement templates using site merge fields. Site assessments, location communications and interventions, slot setup categories, personnel associations, and the site, location, and contract reports available in Exxat Prism were also reviewed.

• Use the Location Details, Comprehensive Assessment, and Interventions and Communications reports — plus the Site Custom Report builder for additional reporting requirements, particularly useful for accreditation visits.
