Logged-in Devices & Login History
Faculty can now view the list of devices they are currently logged into Exxat PRISM with a Login History section showing previously used devices.
Course Faculty Attestations
Faculty can now add attestations for all students registered in their course offerings. A new Coursework Attestation Report is also available in the Attestation section, enabling easier review and management.
Placement Tags Visible to Faculty
Faculty can now see the placement tags added by administrators, offering better context and insights for each placement.
Faculty Invitation Email Re-Trigger
Faculty who haven’t yet activated their PRISM accounts can now re-trigger the invitation email directly from the login screen—no need to search old emails or raise support tickets.
Enhancements
Streamlined Faculty Access
Faculty Advisors can now access non-placement-based forms when these are enabled by Program Administrators during the forms/evaluations setup process, making it easier to stay engaged beyond placement-related activities.
Patient Log Supervisor Review Link Automation
Faculty can now send review links directly to supervisors on behalf of students, providing added flexibility and support in managing patient log reviews.
