Use Ask Leo Alongside Exxat Prism
Users can interact with Ask Leo while continuing to work in Exxat Prism. The Ask Leo window remains accessible without blocking or navigating away from the current screen.
Access Conversation History
Users can view their past conversations with Ask Leo, making it easy to revisit previous responses and continue earlier discussions.
Rename, Pin, or Delete Conversations
Users can organize their conversation history by renaming chats, pinning important conversations, or deleting conversations that are no longer needed.
Search Conversation History
Users can search their conversation history to quickly find previously discussed topics or responses.
Move the Ask Leo Window
Users can reposition the Ask Leo window anywhere on the screen to avoid blocking the content they are working on.
Resize the Ask Leo Window
Users can resize the Ask Leo window to fit their preferences, whether they need a compact view or more space for longer conversations.
Minimize Ask Leo into a Floating Action Button
Users can minimize the Ask Leo window into a movable floating action button, keeping it accessible while reducing screen clutter.
Provide Feedback on Responses
When users provide a thumbs-down rating, they can now specify what went wrong directly within the Ask Leo window, helping improve response quality over time.
Suggested Queries on Welcome and New Chat Screens
Users are presented with a curated list of sample queries on the Welcome screen and each New Chat screen, helping them get started and discover what Ask Leo can assist with.

Faculty now have access to a new Comprehensive Report for Non-Placement Forms and Evaluations.
This report provides detailed insights into responses collected through non-placement forms and evaluations, including trends for scoring questions, counts for multiple-choice selections, and summaries of qualitative comments.
Drill-down capabilities make it easier to analyze responses and make informed decisions.
Encounter Hours Distribution Report
Faculty can now access the Encounter Hours Distribution Report, which displays the total encounter hours recorded by students along with a detailed breakdown across various patient log fields.

Revamped Hours by Category Report
Faculty can now access the Hours by Category Report, which displays the time logged by students including break time, across timesheet categories configured by the program.
