This article provides you the steps to setup HIPAA training for faculty by ComplianceJunction via Exxat Prism. 

Setting up HIPAA training

To setup the HIPAA training follow the steps listed below. 

1. Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials. 
2. From the dashboard or the hamburger menu, go to Faculty Compliance.
   
3. Go to Setup tab
4.  In the Requirements menu go to External Trainings section and click on the edit icon for HIPAA Training. 
   
    
5. In the HIPAA Training drawer do the following. 
   1. Enter a Document Short Name. 
   2. Enable HIPAA Training
   3. [Optional] Toggle on the slider to
      • Make HIPAA training mandatory
      • Enable Disapproval Alerts
      • Provide Guidelines for faculty
        
   4. Toggle On the HIPAA Training
   5. Select Vendor - ComplianceJunction 
   6. Enter the Course Id provided by ComplianceJunction.
   7. Enter the Course Link provided by ComplianceJunction. 
      

6. Click Save button in the right top corner of the HIPAA Training drawer. 

   HIPAA training is setup for the Faculties.
