Exxat Prism supports demonstration and documentation of graduate competency achievement through its evaluation and competency management,
| Exxat Prism Feature | How Exxat Prism Supports the Standard | Navigation |
| Competency Management Module |
Configure COA Graduate Standards D.1–D.50 as the competency framework and map evaluation questions directly to these standards, ensuring that all assessments are aligned with accreditation requirements. Student progression against each competency can be tracked longitudinally across both formative and summative evaluations, across multiple courses, rotations, and assessments with reports available to view individual student performance and compare it against the cohort, providing programs with the data needed to demonstrate student achievement of required graduate competencies.
Programs can configure a custom competency reporting scale that aligns with their performance tracking approach, providing greater flexibility in how competency data is captured and reported rather than being limited to a default scale.
Programs can design both formative evaluations (including daily and midterm assessments) and summative evaluations that are directly aligned with COA Graduate Standards creating a comprehensive way to track student achievement across all required competency areas that can be readily referenced during accreditation review. |
