This article helps approve students learn how to reading compliance summary, act on compliance requirement status, understand Exxat Prism Approve subscription processes.
Overview
The Approve Dashboard is a home page in Exxat PRISM for student users with Approve-only service. Dashboard provides a focused view of your compliance information, giving you fast visibility into what needs your attention without requiring you to navigate to multiple screens.
Use the Dashboard to monitor compliance requirement statuses, act on items that are in progress, not approved, expiring, or expired, and navigate directly to the full Compliance page.
Important:
If your Approve subscription has expired, you can still view the Dashboard. However, clicking View All or an Edit action on a requirement will redirect you to the Subscriptions page instead of the Compliance page or the requirement details page.
Login to Approve Dashboard
Log in to Exxat Prism using your university credentials.
You will access the Exxat Prism dashboard customized for your compliance requirements.

Note:
Navigation items outside this list are not available to Approve users. If you expect to see additional navigation items and cannot see them, contact your program administrator.
Student Profile

The Profile Card is available on the left side of the screen.
Review your cohort name, user ID, username, and institution to confirm they are correct.
If you need to update your profile, In the top-right corner of the profile card, click Edit Profile. For more information, see Completing Your Students Profile.

If a red dot showing "02 Pending" (or another number) is visible next to Complete Profile Attestations, you have outstanding attestations. Click Complete Profile Attestations to address them.
Compliance Summary
The My Compliance section appears in the centre of the Dashboard. It shows count of all mandatory compliance requirements assigned to you.
My Compliance shows the total compliance requirements count in parentheses, for example My Compliance (13).
The Overview row breaks down your compliance status into four categories: Total Mandatory requirements, Approved, Pending Review, and Need attention.
Focus on the Need attention count. Items with this status require your action.-
In the top-right corner of the My Compliance section click View All, To navigate to the full Compliance page and see all the requirements.

Managing Expired Subscription
The Dashboard remains visible even if your Approve subscription has expired. However, certain actions are redirected to the Subscriptions page until you renew.
- If your Approve subscription has expired, clicking View All or any requirement's status redirects you to the Subscriptions page instead of the intended destination.
- On the Subscriptions page, review your subscription options and renew to regain full access to the Compliance page and individual requirement actions.
Troubleshooting

Click the Not Approved status to open the requirement and review the feedback. Contact your program administrator if you need guidance. |

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Pending Review means you submitted the item and it is awaiting review by your program. No action from you is needed at this stage.
