Prefer to learn by watching? Our Video Tutorials section offers a wide collection of videos organized by user persona. Choose from quick 5-minute overviews or detailed walkthroughs, organized into topic-based chapters that can also be shared selectively with your team. You can also access our videos directly from our Vimeo channel.

Ask Leo

Leo is your personal AI assistant built right into Exxat Prism! Ask Leo instant questions by typing or using your voice. Leo can even take action on your behalf, like creating and assigning tags, changing your password, updating your theme, and navigating you directly to any section in the platform. It is like having a knowledgeable guide available to you 24/7.

Resource Center

The Resource Center, accessible directly within Exxat Prism, is your one-stop shop for product education, updates, webinars, workshops, community discussions, and direct access to support services including ticket submission and scheduling a meeting with your account manager.  Use the pink '?' at the top of the page to access the Resource Center.

In-app product guides

Exxat's in-app product guides, powered by Pendo, offer tutorials, tooltips, and walkthrough guides to help you navigate new features. Simply click the pink '?' icon at the top of your screen and go to the Product Updates section to access all the walkthrough guides setup for you.
