Adding, Editing & Deleting Course Offerings for Curriculum Mapping

Once you have the master list of courses created in the system, then you can begin to associate them to different terms, professional year, and cohorts. This is referred to as course offerings. 

1. On your dashboard, select Courses.
   
   1. You can also access this from the left-menu.  
      
      
2. You’ll be redirected to the Course Offerings tab. Here you will see all course offerings previously added to your system. 
   
   
3. Click on +Add Course Offering.  
   
   
4.  A drawer will open with the following options: 
   1. Once you have added all the necessary information, click Save.  
   2. Please note, once a course offering is created, you cannot modify the details below or delete the course offering! Contact prism-support@exxat.com for assistance.
