1. Customize your report: There are filter options available to narrow down the data using specific date ranges, clinical sites, locations, or settings, for further analysis.

2. 'Group by' functionality: Easily organize and view the patient log data grouped by course, rotation, setting, location, or site. For example, Grouping by student is helpful in assessing equitable exposure across various patient demographics. By identifying potential exposure gaps, you can proactively plan future placements. Similarly,  grouping by location helps highlight locations with higher traffic for specific patient exposures, assisting in better placement decisions.

3. Drill-Down Monitoring: The counts are clickable and provide a two-level drill down into details of the patient logs. This feature simplifies the review process to ensure students are meeting their logging requirements.
