Students rotate through hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty care facilities, often logging hours across multiple sites each week. Ensuring those hours are recorded at approved clinical locations is a critical compliance requirement and one that can be difficult to manage manually.

Geo Coding adds an extra layer of visibility and confidence to your timesheet review process.

Getting started is simple:

1. Contact prism-support@exxat.com to enable Geo Coding for your program.

2. Remind students to allow location access when submitting timesheets from their login.

3. Review location data alongside submitted hours during your regular timesheet review.
