This session demonstrated how Physical Therapy (PT) programs can leverage Exxat to prepare for accreditation with confidence through efficient evaluation management, data tracking, and reporting. Attendees explored how Exxat’s integrated tools support alignment with accreditation standards, streamline Site and Clinical Instructor evaluations, and generate meaningful reports that showcase program effectiveness. From organizing evaluation workflows to managing Clinical Instructor details and tracking student performance, this session provided actionable strategies for improving program readiness and ongoing quality assurance.

Dane Marvin has 6 + years of experience in Clinical Education. He joined the Exxat team after working with its STEPS and Exxat Prism products daily for many years in his role as Senior Program Coordinator for the Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Creighton University in Omaha. The most prevalent theme in his Clifton strengths assessment is that of the “Learner,” so his passion is to absorb new knowledge of Exxat’s products and ever-evolving features and pass this on to the client to help them maximize their productivity while minimizing their efforts.
