Physical Therapy: M1M Managing Offered Slots, FCFS, Site Follow-Up & Exxat One Integration

This session demonstrated how PT/PTA programs used Exxat Prism to manage clinical placements more effectively and streamline coordination with clinical sites. Attendees learned practical approaches for organizing received slots, managing First Come, First Serve (FCFS) workflows, and maintaining clear communication with sites to support a smooth placement process. The session focused on actionable strategies to improve slot management, strengthen site relationships, and enhance overall placement efficiency.

Dane Marvin 
Dane has 6 + years of experience in Clinical Education. He joined the Exxat team after working with its STEPS and Prism products daily for many years in his role as Senior Program Coordinator for the Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Creighton University in Omaha. The most prevalent theme in his Clifton strengths assessment is that of the “Learner,” so his passion is to absorb new knowledge of Exxat’s products and ever-evolving features and pass this on to the client to help them maximize their productivity while minimizing their efforts.
