This session demonstrated how programs can leverage Exxat Prism to effectively support accreditation requirements through streamlined data management, student tracking, and reporting processes. From managing fieldwork placements to capturing educator licensure details and feedback, this session provided actionable strategies for effective information management and accreditation readiness.

Know your Presenters: Ryan Whitney, OT, OTD, OTR - Associate Teaching Professor & Academic Fieldwork Coordinator Tufts University - Department of Occupational Therapy.
Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and Lecturer, Ryan has an MS in occupational therapy, a post-professional OTD, and an MA in Child Development from Tufts University. Ryan's clinical practice has specialized in evaluation and intervention for individuals with complex medical needs and significant cognitive impairments. Her clinical experience spans pediatric and physical dysfunction practice areas, including within physical medicine, private special education day school, adult day habilitation, and community based occupational therapy practice. As an occupational therapy supervisor, she has experience in occupational therapy management and interprofessional team management, as well as expertise in staff development and fieldwork education.
Dane Marvin has 6 + years of experience in Clinical Education. He joined the Exxat team after working with its STEPS and Prism products daily for many years in his role as Senior Program Coordinator for the Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Creighton University in Omaha. The most prevalent theme in his Clifton strengths assessment is that of the “Learner,” so his passion is to absorb new knowledge of Exxat’s products and ever-evolving features and pass this on to the client to help them maximize their productivity while minimizing their efforts.
