Attendees explored best practices for maintaining accurate clinical site information, preparing programs for M1M requirements, and managing slot requests effectively. From prerequisite setup to system integration, the session delivered practical guidance to help programs streamline M1M preparation and execution.

Dane Marvin
Dane has 6 + years of experience in Clinical Education. He joined the Exxat team after working with its STEPS and Prism products daily for many years in his role as Senior Program Coordinator for the Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Creighton University in Omaha. The most prevalent theme in his Clifton strengths assessment is that of the “Learner,” so his passion is to absorb new knowledge of Exxat’s products and ever-evolving features and pass this on to the client to help them maximize their productivity while minimizing their efforts.

Brooke McIntosh Ball is the Senior Director of Business Development and Operations at Exxat, where she leads Exxat One, a platform designed for hospitals, health systems, and clinical sites. With over a decade of experience in clinical education and healthcare operations, Brooke collaborates closely with health systems and academic partners to streamline placements, enhance collaboration, and strengthen workforce pipelines.
