Physical Therapy: M1M-Streamlining Slot Request Workflow

This session highlighted how PT and PTA programs can navigate the March 1st Mailer (M1M) process with confidence and efficiency using Exxat workflows. Attendees explored best practices for maintaining accurate clinical site information, preparing programs for M1M requirements, and managing slot requests effectively. From prerequisite setup to system integration, the session delivered practical guidance to help programs streamline M1M preparation and execution.

In this session, we covered:

• Updating location information to ensure site profiles are accurate and complete

• Reviewing M1M prerequisites, including key tasks and requirements to prepare programs for success

• Managing the slot request workflow to efficiently navigate and schedule M1M placements

• Understanding the Exxat One–Exxat Prism integration to improve visibility, enable seamless data flow, and save time

Dane Marvin
Dane has 6 + years of experience in Clinical Education. He joined the Exxat team after working with its STEPS and Prism products daily for many years in his role as Senior Program Coordinator for the Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Creighton University in Omaha. The most prevalent theme in his Clifton strengths assessment is that of the “Learner,” so his passion is to absorb new knowledge of Exxat’s products and ever-evolving features and pass this on to the client to help them maximize their productivity while minimizing their efforts.
