Students can view Communications and Interventions published by program administrators on their profile. 

Communications refers to messages, notes, or feedback from your school, faculty, or preceptors related to your performance, compliance, or other academic matters. You can find these communications in your student profile under the 'Communications' tab. 

Interventions: These are actions or notes logged by your school or faculty to address specific issues or provide support related to your academic progress or compliance. Interventions are often documented alongside communications to track your progress and any assistance provided.

You can find these interventions in your student profile under the 'Interventions' tab. 

Both communications and interventions help maintain clear and documented interactions between you and your program to support your educational journey effectively.

To view Communications and Interventions follow these steps provided below.

View Communications

Steps

1. Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials
2. Access your profile details. You can access the your profile in two ways.
   1. Click Edit on the Student Profile tile from the dashboard; or
   2. Open the hamburger menu and navigate to Profile.
      
3. From the top menu, go to the Communications tab.
   Here, you can view all messages, notes, and feedback from your school, faculty, or preceptors. 
   Only communications published by your program administrator are displayed.
   

4. On the right side of the communication, click View Details to view the complete message.
   

   
    

View Interventions

Steps

1. Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials
2. Access your profile details. You can access the your profile in two ways.

3. From the top menu, go to the Interventions tab.
   Here, you can view all actions or notes logged by your school or faculty to address specific issues or provide support. 
   Only interventions published by your program administrator are displayed.
   
4. View Interventions
   1. Click Open Interventions to see interventions that require your action.
      
   2. Click Closed Interventions to see interventions that are completed or closed. 
      

5. On the right side of the intervention (Open or Closed), click View Details to view the complete message.
