Generate Assessment Map Report

Program Administrators can  generate a comprehensive Assessment Map report, anchored on competencies or assessment, from the experiential competency mapping page to view overall mapping progress.

To generate the assessment map report follow these steps. 

1. Login to Exxat Prism using your university credentials. 
2. Navigate to Competency Management from the dashboard or the hamburger menu. 
   
3. Go to Setup tab. 
   
4. Select a competency framework and click the Map icon. 
   
5. On the top right of the Assessment Mapping page, click Generate Assessment Map.
   
6. Select the Anchor and the data for the report to be extracted. 
7. Click Export.
   
8. Save the report to your local folder.
