Occupational Therapy: Utilizing the FWPE and SEFWE in Exxat Prism

The "Occupational Therapy: Utilizing the FWPE and SEFWE in Exxat Prism" webinar, held on April 14, 2026, walked OT and OTA program administrators through the standard evaluation forms available in the Learning Activities module of Exxat Prism. The session covered the 2026 versions of the Standard SEFWE I (Student Evaluation of the Fieldwork Experience) and Standard SEFWE II (Student Evaluation of the Fieldwork Educator), along with the Standard AOTA FWPE for both OT and OTA, the AOTA FWPE Student Self-Assessment, and the Supplemental Standard AOTA FWPE used when two different fieldwork educators evaluate a student across the midterm and final of a single placement.

 Presenters also demonstrated how to activate forms on a course, configure distribution using anchor dates, and review submitted evaluations, and showed how administrators access published SEFWE I forms under Location Evaluations in Exxat Prism while students access them through the Explore Clinical Locations map on their dashboard.
