New Feature
Two-Factor Authentication for Exxat Prism Non-SSO Users
We’re adding an extra layer of security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), now enabled for all non-SSO users. Users can authenticate using an OTP sent to their registered phone number or email address.To ease the transition, there's a 90-day window to voluntarily set up 2FA. After that, onboarding becomes mandatory for continued access.

Site Sharing Model
Location Sharing Just Got Better! Introducing a new, flexible way to manage location sharing across programs. You can now decide which locations should be shared with each program under a shared site.
Previously: Locations were either not shareable across programs (Common Contract Sharing model users) or shared automatically with all programs mapped to the site ('Prism' and 'All Sharing' model users)
Now: All users can pick and choose which programs see each location. (No more default sharing. No more program-level isolation.)
Note: If you are using the 'No Sharing' model then your sites, locations, contracts and personnel data will never be shared across programs.
