Workflow Actions via Ask Leo

Leo now goes beyond answering questions. Leo can execute actions on behalf of admins directly within the conversation.

In this release, program administrators can:

1. Publish unpublished placements individually or in bulk by asking Leo, without navigating to the Placements page.

2. Modify placement dates by updating the start date and end date of a placement through a conversational request.

This is the foundation of Leo's agentic capabilities, with more workflow actions planned in future releases.

Expanded Data Search Capabilities

Program Administrators can ask natural-language questions about any of the areas below and receive direct answers grounded in live Exxat PRISM data. 

The coverage for this release is as follows:

• Placement & Sites: Placements, site assessments, site profiles, and preceptor profiles
• Learning Activities: Timesheets and time-off records
• Faculty Compliance: Faculty compliance requirements and statuses
• Student and Faculty Records: Student profiles, student questionnaires, student requirements, and faculty profiles
