Release Overview Video
Ask Leo
New Feature
Workflow Actions via Ask Leo
Leo now goes beyond answering questions. Leo can execute actions on behalf of admins directly within the conversation.
In this release, program adminstrators can:
Publish unpublished placements individually or in bulk by asking Leo, without navigating to the Placements page.
Modify placement dates by updating the start date and end date of a placement through a conversational request.
This is the foundation of Leo's agentic capabilities, with more workflow actions planned in future releases.
Expanded Data Search Capabilities
Program Administrators can ask natural-language questions about any of the areas below and receive direct answers grounded in live Exxat PRISM data.
The coverage for this release is as follows:
Placement & Sites: Placements, site assessments, site profiles, and preceptor profiles
Learning Activities: Timesheets and time-off records
Faculty Compliance: Faculty compliance requirements and statuses
Student and Faculty Records: Student profiles, student questionnaires, student requirements, and faculty profiles
Tenant-level metrics: Aggregated institutional data and usage metrics
Enhancements
Contextual Suggested Questions
Ask Leo now surfaces relevant suggested questions based on the module the user is currently working in. When triggered from a specific section, such as Compliance, Placements, or Learning Activities, the suggested prompts reflect that context, helping users discover what Leo can do without guessing.
Enhanced Navigation
Leo now handles navigation requests more intelligently. When a user's intent is clear.
For example, "take me to Faculty Compliance," Leo navigates directly to the page.
When the intent is ambiguous or could map to multiple destinations, Leo presents a list of relevant page links for the user to choose from, rather than guessing or failing silently.
Chat History Moved to Header
The conversation history icon has been relocated to the top left of the Ask Leo window, just below the Ask Leo icon. It is a floating icon that serves as the single access point for viewing past conversations.
