Program 360
Gain a comprehensive snapshot of your program’s key metrics, such as active students, ongoing placements, and Placement Assist runs. Institution-level administrators can view a consolidated view of all programs across their university, all within a single dashboard.
Logged-in Devices & Login History
See the list of all Logged-in devices currently logged into Exxat PRISM. The Login History section further helps you track devices used in the past, giving you greater transparency and security.
Learning Hub (Help Center) Centralized Landing Page
The URL to the Exxat prism learning hub is now https://help.exxatprism.com/. The previous URL https:// help.exxat.com/ now points to the central landing page for all Exxat products and services.

Student 360
We’ve enhanced the student profile experience with a brand-new Overview tab. Program Administrators and Faculty Advisors can now access a consolidated snapshot of key student attributes along with items that require attention—making it easier to guide students and keep them on track towards successful program completion.
Additional Documents Section in Student Profile
Program Administrators can now upload, manage, and store supplementary documents within the new Additional Documents section of the student profile. These files can also be shared through the existing Share Profile workflow. Visibility of this section can be controlled at the program level via the Student View settings, giving administrators greater flexibility and control.

Profile Entries Sorted by Completion Date
Program Administrators can now review student credentials more efficiently. Entries in Education, Work Experience, Membership, Licensure, and Skills & Accomplishments are now automatically sorted by completion date (most recent first), ensuring faster verification of the latest qualifications.
Enhanced Bulk Import Management
Managing student imports just got easier. Program Administrators can now: View detailed error summaries for partially failed imports, Download CSVs of only the failed rows, Quickly retry imports for failed records alone.

Select All” Students for Placements
Save time by selecting all students at once when making placements from Location View or Group Direct Placement.
Default Filters on Active Sites and Locations
While sending slot request emails from Location View, only active sites and locations will now display by default—keeping your workflow clean and relevant.
Placement Assist Results Page
Users can now get a comprehensive view of Placement Assist outcomes, including:
- Graphical insights and key summary numbers highlighting run results.
- All generated matches, with filtering options and the ability to convert selected matches into placements.
- Configuration details such as rotations, wishlists, students, and advanced options used in each run

Manage Locations at Institutional Level
Users in ‘Standard Sharing’ and ‘All Sharing’ models can now manage locations for all their programs using the Institutional Level Application. They can share locations across programs of their choice. This will help standardize basic location details across programs.

- Supervisors now automatically receive an email with a review link when a student submits their first log for a placement.

Quick Access to Key Reports from Learning Activities Review Screen
From the review screens of Forms, Evaluations, Patient Logs, Time Sheets, and Time Off, users now have quick access links to:

This enhancement ensures faster navigation and easier insights.

Due Date for CI Details Form (PT & PTA)
The ability to set due dates for the CI Details form has been reintroduced. This applies specifically to the PT and PTA disciplines.
Review All for Multi-Response Forms
Program Administrators can now ‘Review All’ submissions of multi-response forms across courses and rotations, making review faster and more efficient.
Specific Due/Publish Date
In addition to event-anchored dates, Program Administrators can now set a specific calendar date as the due date or publish date for forms and evaluations.
Specific Date for Form Distribution Automation
Beyond event-anchored triggers, Program Administrators now have the option to automatically distribute forms/evaluations on a specific calendar date, giving more flexibility in scheduling.
Streamlined Faculty Access
Faculty Advisors can now access non-placement-based forms when these are configured by Program Administrators during setup, ensuring smoother faculty engagement.
