Differentiate Between Who Gets Placement Emails and Who Students See as Location Contacts

Administrators can now clearly distinguish between site personnel who receive placement-related emails and those displayed as Location Contacts to students.

The label ‘Site/Location Contacts’ used for placement email communications has been renamed to ‘Location Contacts for School’ for better clarity as it only controls the default recipients for placement communication now. Whether a site personnel should be displayed as a Location Contact to students for their published placements can now be controlled from the personnel’s profile page and its associated location.

Note: Additionally, inactive personnel marked for email communication will no longer be pre-selected as Location Contacts for School when creating new placements.

Add Site / Location

• Add site feature now provides more flexibility and user control. If the form has only location fields configured, while adding a new site, users will have an option to create the site with same details as the location.
• The Add Site as Location checkbox is now always enabled.  Users can choose to keep the option enabled or disable it. 
• If the form has separate fields configured for site and location then respective values will map to the site/location creation fields in the form , reducing manual effort.
