Publish Interventions and Communications to Students 

Program Administrators can now publish Interventions & Communications to students. Once published, students can view them directly on their profile under the Interventions & Communications tab.

Enhancements to Student 360 Location Requirement Upload in Needs Attention

Program Administrators can now track Pending Location Requirement Uploads directly from the Needs Attention section on the Overview tab, helping them identify placements starting within the next 15 days that require action.

Competency Tab on Student Profile

Program Administrators can now access a student’s Competency Dashboard directly from the student profile to track competency progress and view drill-down details.

More Data points available in custom Student Report

Custom Student Reports now supports additional student data points such as NPI, Last Login, Uploaded Picture Status, and more, providing deeper visibility into student records.

Coursework Grid Enhancements

The coursework grid now includes preceptor and supervisor details and flags items that need attention, including pending location requirements, pending attestations, and other outstanding actions.

Administrators can now create customized faculty reports using the new “Create Report” button in the Faculty Reports tab. This empowers administrators to quickly generate the faculty reports they need.Enhancements

The Faculty CV template now features improved indentation and overall formatting, helping PT programs stay compliant with the latest CAPTE requirements.

Clone existing course offerings

Administrators can now create new course offerings by cloning an existing one directly from the Course Offering grid. Click the Clone icon in the Action column to quickly duplicate a course offering and save setup time.

Flexible attribute selection for course syllabus generation

Administrators can now choose to include course attributes & measure attributes independently while generating a course offering syllabus, replacing the earlier all-or-none option and providing greater control over the final document.

 Student Self-Placements

For schools that require students to create their own placements, administrators can now enable self-placement for selected course offerings and choose whether student-submitted placements require approval or are automatically accepted upon submission.

Availability-based Wishlist on Exxat One

Administrators can now configure a new type of wishlist in Exxat Prism to gather student preferences for Exxat One availabilities. Once set up, students can fill out the wishlist in Exxat One. Administrators can view student responses in both Exxat Prism and Exxat One, and request slots from Exxat One based on the preferences submitted.

Note: This wishlist is available for PT/PTA, OT/OTA pogram users who have access to both Exxat Prism and Exxat One.Enhanced Setup for Placement Assist InputsAdministrators can now choose which courses within a Placement Group should be included in a Placement Assist run. They can further modify which students, rotations and wishlists will be considered.

Administrators can now generate a comprehensive ‘Assessment Map’ report anchored on either competencies or assessments. This report, accessible from the experiential competency mapping page, provides a holistic view of overall mapping progress.

Improved review grid with editable columns

The review grid now prioritizes competency scores, with the option for administrators to add student attributes columns as needed.

Bulk documents download for any requirement

Administrators can now download all documents uploaded by all students of a selected cohort for any specific requirement in one go. 

A new “Bulk Download” button is available on the Summary page after selecting a cohort from the Compliance section.

Administrators can now view all Prism reports in one centralized Reports module under Program section for quicker and simpler navigation.

Administrators can now build custom evaluation reports using form questions as data points. This allows them to analyze responses and gain deeper insights across individual questions.

 Delayed Submissions Indicator for Forms/Evaluations

Administrators and Faculties can now easily identify submissions completed after the due date. A new indicator is displayed next to the submission status on Forms/Evaluations Summary as well as Review pages.

Publish Course Gradebook to Students

Administrators and Course Faculty can now publish the course gradebook to students. Once published, students will be able to view their scores and grades in the gradebook section of the corresponding course.

Students can no longer start a form for a term until the term’s assigned publish date, ensuring forms are completed according to the intended timelines.

Administrators can now automate form distribution to experiential supervisors on a per-term basis, enabling more granular control and improved operational efficiency.

Search Logs by ID

While reviewing a student’s logs for any placement, Administrators and Faculties can now search using a log ID. This allows them to easily locate specific logs and take the necessary actions.
