Comment Re-Editing While Reviewing Timesheet Entries

Reviewers can now edit and update their comments while reviewing a log or a timesheet entry, allowing multiple comment revisions when needed.
All comment changes are tracked and stored in the audit log history.

Auto-Approval of Timesheets

Administrators can now enable auto-approval in Timesheet Setup.
Once configured, timesheet entries automatically move to Approved status when a student submits them for review.
