1. I am getting the error “Incorrect SSO Key provided by your school”.
What
should I do?

In most cases, your username and email is
your school or university email
address.

3. I am getting “Invalid Username or Password.” What does it mean?
Invalid username or password error means that either
your username/email
or password is incorrect.
- Verify that you have entered the correct username/email and password.
- Use Forgot Password if needed.
- If you are a Exxat Prism user, check if you have been invited to Exxat Prism. If not, contact your school/university.
4. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and follow
the instructions
to reset your password.

You can choose to receive OTPs via your registered email instead.

Click Try another way and choose email to receive your
OTP. After
logging
in, update your phone number in your account settings.
11. Can I bypass two-factor authentication?
No, two-factor authetication is mandatory for account security. However,
you can select Remember this device for 30 days to reduce
frequent
OTP prompts.
