This guide helps students access, record, and submit video-based assignments in Exxat Prism using GoReact. These activities are designed for courses that do not require clinical placements and support secure video recording, self-review, and faculty evaluation.

Complete Assignment

1. Log in to Exxat Prism  using your university credentials.

2. Go to My Coursework and click View All Coursework 
   
   or
   From the hamburger menu select coursework. 

   

3. GoReact Assignment can be for a placement course or a non-placement course. In the Coursework page, select the RequirePlacement tab or the Do Not Require Placement tab accordingly. 
4. Select the relevant course.
   
5. Navigate to the Course Activities tab and Click the relevant activity/form name to view details.
   
   This takes you to the GoReact Page.
6. In the GoReact click Start Activity to begin your assignment.
   
7. Enter a name for your video and click Continue.
   
8. Click Record and select Continue to Recorder to start capturing the video
   You can also upload a prerecorded video - use the Upload option.
   
9. Recorder the video, use available controls to Pause, Restart, or Stop as needed.
10. After recording:
    1. Review your video.
    2. Choose one of the following options:
       1. Submit – Send to faculty for evaluation
       2. Save as Draft – Continue later

       3. Delete / Restart – Re-record if needed

          Note: Your video remains private until you click Submit.

Track Status and View Feedback

• The status of the assignment changes to Submitted. 
  
• Once submitted, faculty can review and grade your video using rubrics in GoReact.
• In Exxat Prism, the activity status updates to Reviewed after evaluation.
  
• Open the activity to view:
  • Faculty comments
  • Rubric scores
  • Detailed feedback

You can view the complete rubric results and time-stamped feedback directly within the embedded GoReact interface for deeper insights into your performance.
