You are required to complete the HIPAA training to fulfill the compliance requirements assigned to you. 

The fees for the HIPAA training are either paid by the school/university or the faculty has to make the payment to start the training. 

Complete HIPAA Training

To complete your HIPAA training follow the steps below. 

1. Login to the Exxat Prism, using your university credentials (For example: Heyansh@exxatuniversity.edu / password to login to Exxat University) .
2. Go to Compliance section and click View All.
   
   
    
3. In the Compliance page, in the Requirement column scroll to locate HIPAA Training (By ComplianceJunction) and click Get Started in the corresponding STATUS column.
   
   You will navigate to the HIPAA Training screen, and you will see card Step 2: Training 
   
    
4. Setup your ComplianceJunction account. This is onetime activity - meaning you need to sign up once and you can access your trainings via ComplianceJunction instantly. 
   1. Go to card, Step 1: Setup Account.
   2. Your university email-id (for example: Heyansh@exxatuniversity.edu) is the Username for the account and cannot be changed. 
   3. Set your password - Password must be 6–50 characters long and include:
      • One uppercase letter
      • One lowercase letter
      • One number
      • One of these special characters only: &, *, %, ^, or _
   4. Confirm password: This password should match the password set in the previous step. 
   5. Click Sign Up
      
      Account setup is successful. 
      
       
5. In card, Step2: Training, click Start
   .
   You will navigate to the ComplianceJunction HIPAA training Dashboard. 
6. Pay fees to start the HIPAA training. 
   • Faculty Pay
     If the faculty has to make the payment follow these steps to make the payment. 
     1. In the ComplianceJunction Dashboard. Click Enroll Or Sign In
        
         
     2. Signup using university email-id as (for example: Heyansh@exxatuniversity.edu) username and password you used in step4.
        
         
     3. In the Payment Method section, enter your Card Number, Expiration Date,CVV, If you have a coupon - use the coupon code to Redeem., and click Buy to complete the payment. 
        
        You are now logged into the ComplianceJunction Dashboard.
   • School Pay
     If the school / university has made the payment, then follow these steps. 
     1. Click Register Here. Use the university email-id as username (for example: Heyansh@exxatuniversity.edu) and password you used in the step4 to register.
        
     2. Click Login
        
        You are now logged into the ComplianceJunction Dashboard.
         
7. In the ComplianceJunction dashboard, click Continue to start the HIPAA training. 
   
8. You can learn at your pace. You can pause and resume the training as required. The training progress is autosaved. 
   When you resume, you resume at the point where you paused the training. 
9. The status in the HIPAA Training (by ComplianceJunction) in the Exxat Compliance page changes to In Progress. 
   
    
10. Click on the status In Progress, and Click Resume to go to ComplianceJunction and continue your training. 
    
11. Once you complete the training you can download the completion certificate from the ComplianceJunction portal.
    
    
12. The status in the HIPAA Training (by ComplianceJunction) in the Exxat Compliance page changes to Approved. 
    
13. Click on the Approved status and you can see that the status of the training is Complete, click Download Certificate to download the certificate from here as well.
