1. A new Accreditation Reports section is available. Under Reports, 14 ACOTE standards each come with step-by-step instructions and screenshots, plus a direct “Open Report” link where one exists. Reports export to Excel.

    

2. ACOTE standards are preloaded for curriculum mapping, and it’s included in your subscription. Map with Leo suggests mappings that you or your faculty can review. The “unmapped standards” view shows what you haven’t covered yet, and the cumulative report gives accreditors one view of everything mapped to each standard. Once built, a curriculum can be cloned for new cohorts.

    

3. Fieldwork, site, and contract standards are covered. Students see site requirements, the AOTA data form, and published SEFWEs under Explore Locations (C.1.2). The Sites tab shows which sites have or are missing contracts (C.1.4). The educator intake form collects fieldwork educators’ CVs, licensure, and certifications (C.1.13) and can be sent in bulk from the placement clearance screen.

    

4. Standard AOTA forms are ready to activate. The FWPE, student self-assessment, supplemental FWPE (for two educators on one student), and SEFWE 1 and 2 are copyrighted, so they can’t be edited. If one doesn’t appear in your list, a support ticket or your account manager can activate it within a couple of days, while custom forms take about two weeks.

    

5. Advising and faculty qualifications can be documented in the system. An advising form set up as a course gives each faculty advisor access only to their own students. Communications and interventions can carry follow-up dates for reporting. Faculty CVs can be bulk-downloaded, and new reports cover licensure, certifications, education, and research.
