Teacher Education: Using a Centralized Platform for Your Educator Preparation Program
Educator preparation programs manage many moving parts: admissions, advising, coursework, field experiences, observations, portfolios, and certification. When that information lives in spreadsheets, shared drives, and disconnected systems, it’s hard to see where each candidate stands or use program data with confidence.
This webinar will cover:
- Where programs most often struggle with candidate and program data
- What to look for when choosing a centralized platform
- How the right system supports both everyday program management and accreditation
We’ll also show how these capabilities come together in Exxat Prism:
- Tracking candidates from application and admission through coursework, field experiences, graduation, and certification
- Managing field experiences, placements, digital time logs, observations, and evaluations in one place
- Filtering and reporting data by cohort, program, and certification area to support decision-making and accreditation
This webinar is recommended for:
- Educator Preparation Program Directors and Deans
- Field Experience and Clinical Teaching Coordinators
- Assessment and Data Coordinators
- Faculty and advisors who monitor candidate progression
- Programs evaluating a new system or expanding their use of Exxat Prism
