You can now track clinical log hours in Exxat Prism!

We are excited to announce that you can now see the summary of clinical hours while reviewing logs. Clinical log hours are visible in 4 places for program administrators, 3 places for faculty, and 3 places for students. Below are some examples of pages with this information.

For program administrators view:

1. Select a Course Offering/ Learning Activity Group > Click on the 'Clinical Log' hyperlink > Clinical Log > LOG HOURS BY STATUS column
   
2. Students > Select a Student > Learning Activities> Clinical log

Student Placements > By Placement > Click on the 'Review' hyperlink for any placement > Clinical log


For student view: 

1. Learning Activities > Clinical Log> LOG HOURS BY STATUS  column
   
2. Coursework >> Require Placement>> Click on any Course Offering name/View Details button >> Course Activities >> Clinical Log
