From uploading required documents and completing assigned training to requesting background checks or drug screenings and tracking your compliance status, you can complete and monitor all your requirements in one place.
This guide walks you through each step of the compliance process, helping you stay organized, meet program deadlines, and prepare for your field education experience.
About Compliance
Compliance requirements help ensure that you are prepared to participate in field education experiences while meeting your program's academic, professional, and placement-specific requirements. Throughout your Social Work program, you may be required to submit documentation, complete mandatory training, or fulfill screening requirements before you are eligible to begin a field placement.
Exxat Prism provides a centralized location where you can view, complete, and monitor all assigned compliance requirements. Depending on your program and field placement site, these requirements may include uploading supporting documents, completing required training, or requesting services such as background checks and drug screenings through approved providers.
Since compliance requirements vary across institutions and placement sites, the requirements displayed in Exxat Prism may differ from those assigned to other students.
Always refer to the requirements assigned to you within Exxat Prism and complete them before the specified due dates.
Completing compliance requirements on time helps your program verify your readiness for field education and reduces delays during the placement process.
